Introduction
If you cannot sign in to your LawUp account, you can usually regain access by using the password reset or account recovery option on the Sign In page. This guide explains the standard recovery steps and what to do if you no longer have access to your registered email address or mobile number.
Before you begin
To complete account recovery, you will need access to at least one of the contact details linked to your LawUp account, such as your registered email address or mobile number. If you do not have access to either one, be prepared to contact support with your registered details for identity verification.
Reset your password
Go to the LawUp Sign In page.
Select Forgot Password or the account recovery option, if shown.
Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your LawUp account.
Check your email or phone for the verification code or reset link.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Sign in again with your updated credentials.
If you no longer have access to your email or mobile number
If you cannot access the email address or mobile number on file, contact LawUp support and share your registered details. The support team may ask for information to confirm your identity before helping restore access.
Security reminders
Do not share one-time passwords with anyone.
Do not share your login credentials with unofficial contacts.
Only use official LawUp support channels for account recovery.
Need more help?
If the reset process does not work or you are unable to verify your account, contact LawUp support with your registered information and a brief description of the issue. The team will guide you through the next steps.
